There are three different ways for you to pay for orders on party-expert.com :

• By credit card: Visa or MasterCard
• By Paypal
• By money order or certified check

If you make the payment with a credit card, the amount will be pre-authorised and will only be taken from your account once your order will be sent for shipping.All prices are in Canadian dollars. 

When you checkout your order, you will be asked to choose a delivery method. Extra fees may be applied if another method than standard shipping is chosen.

Prices shown are generated according to the chosen method, the volume of the articles you want to order and the destination of your package. Big items can be more expensive than other items and may add cost to your order.

If no shipping method is available for your order, please communicate directly with us by phone or email.

The complete delivery delay of your order is calculated from the moment you place the order until the moment you receive it. You will have an estimated delivery date when you will checkout your order. Please note that those delays are estimated and they may vary depending on certain restrictions.

Delivery delays that are shown when you place your order are an estimate of the delivery date. Party Expert has no control over these deliveries and can't guarantee the date of delivery. Party Expert will not be held responsible for shipping delays and late deliveries. Every request made because of a delivery delay that was too long will not be accepted. Be assured that we will still do everything possible to satisfy our customer and make sure that our delays are the closest to what was estimated.
