My Party Points FAQs
If you haven’t received an email welcoming you to My Party Points, it may be because you’ve unsubscribed from our email marketing in the past. To re-subscribe, visit the bottom of any page on our website and enter your email address under ‘Newsletter Sign Up’. You won’t receive a My Party Points welcome email retroactively, but you will receive emails from us going forward. You can always log in to your My Party Points account to see any activity or rewards you have waiting for you! If you've shopped with us before and are subscribed to our emails, you don't need to wait for an email from us! All you have to do is log in and visit the My Party Points page, where you'll be able to see your account information and any points you've already accrued.
To redeem your points, log in to your My Party Points account and navigate to the rewards section. From there, you can see your points balance and available rewards. Choose the reward you want to redeem, and follow the instructions to apply it to your next purchase.
Unfortunately, only purchases made after signing up for My Party Points will count toward your points balance. Make sure to log in to your account before making future purchases to earn points.

Your tier status in the VIP Club is based on your annual spend. You'll stay in your current tier for a full year from the date you qualify. After that, your tier status will be reassessed based on your spending over the previous 12 months.
If you return an order, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If the return affects your annual spend, it may impact your tier status.
When you refer a friend and they make a purchase of $40 or more, you'll receive points in your My Party Points account. These points will be valid for 12 months from the date they are issued, so make sure to use them within that time frame.
